On August 19, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
published in the Federal Register [48433-49083] its fiscal
year (FY) 2009 Medicare Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS)
final
rule. The final rule will be implemented October 1, 2008. More>>
