CY 2009 Medicare Outpatient PPS
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) November 18
published in the Federal Register [73 Fed. Reg. at 68502]
a final
rule that contains changes to the calendar year (CY) 2009 outpatient
prospective payment system (OPPS) as well as final payment rates
for Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs). The rule will be implemented

comment letter on the proposed rule.
