The Organizational Characteristics Database (OCD)

The AAMC Organizational Characteristics Database provides information on a number of salient dimensions about the organizational characteristics of medical schools and their affiliated teaching hospitals. The OCD contains a total of 129 records, one record for each LCME-accredited school of medicine, with more than 25 data fields.

The Organizational Characteristics Database now includes all available data for the four most recently accredited medical schools:

Florida International University College of Medicine
San Juan Bautista School of Medicine
Texas Tech El Paso Foster School of Medicine
University of Central Florida College of Medicine

As more data become available, their records will be revised.
