This annual event is sponsored by the AAMC's Diversity Policy and Programs
and Group on Student Affairs-Minority Affairs Section (GSA-MAS). Saturday,

Tower View and Hall D - Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center
San Antonio
All medical school Minority Affairs, Admissions,
and Financial Aid Officers are invited to participate in the minority student
recruitment fair by reserving a table for your institution. There is no registration
fee.
The workshops and recruitment fair's target audiences are college
students, parents, prehealth advisors, guidance counselors, school administrators,
and individuals interested in pursuing a career in medicine.
This year, we
will not target high school students. Instead, we are encouraging high school
students to attend a similar event being held simultaneously on the campus of
the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. At the conclusion
of the UT San Antonio program (3:30 pm), some high school students may choose
to participate in the Annual Meeting career fair.
Note:
Registering for this event does not register you for the AAMC Annual Meeting. You must register separately
by visiting the Annual Meeting
